  My Mother bought a Nokia phone. When she got it home her daughter told her it would be useless in a few months with her phone company (2G being phased out). She took it back 2 days later and they would NOT give her a refund nor even talk about swapping it for something useful.
  At 80+ years old you'd expect a bit of grace and leeway! Absolutely appalling! It's like stealing $60 off a pensioner!
