I tried all morning to phone the number given by Telstra assistance 41520872. I got through each time to an MVO Bundaberg recorded message, asked to wait, no music or sound-after waiting two minutes, I got cut off each time I phoned. I looked up the number on line in frustration and found a different number and finally got through. Please ask Telstra to change this old number or you will lose many frustrated potential customers. When I phoned the correct number, the operator was not at all willing to offer any kind of apology or understanding, fobbed me off and then I booked an appointment. Please be kind.
